Topic:  Rebranding Feminine Energy in Today's World

Topic:  How do we stay true to ourselves as women while achieving equity in traditionally male-dominated fields? What do you consider to be feminine energy today? Perhaps, images of dresses and makeup might come to mind. But for many female producers, these are not characteristics they would define as being emblematic of femininity at all. In fact, it is found that many embrace other aspects such as intelligence or creativity instead which is why it's time we rebrand what we mean by "feminine".

As we listen and dialogue about how to reframe the current interpretation of femininity in leadership roles, my hope is that each person can better understand themselves so they can be a more positive influence on others.
