Afternoon Tea: Growing Together & Leading with Impact

Join us this hour for a very special Afternoon Tea taking a rare opportunity together to breathe, reflect, connect and grow with each other as sisters, as producers, and as a collective professional organization. 

Led by members, Simone Pero, Social Impact Producer, and Adetoro Makinde, WIP Executive Director, they will be holding space for a conversation that invites us all to gently deepen our awareness of how words, perspectives and lived experiences can land differently for each of us, and, what that means for producers who help shape culture every day. 

Guided by our shared commitment to “Know Better, Do Better,” this conversation will hopefully give us tools for how we set the tone for inclusion, navigate unconscious bias, and create environments rooted in accountability, belonging, and respect.

We hope to leave this conversation feeling more connected to one another, with a shared sense of responsibility and possibility. To become more thoughtful stewards, more supportive colleagues, and more intentional leaders for our industry.
