WIP February Soiree

In the spirit of unity, storytelling, progress and sisterhood, we would like to do something a little different this soiree and talk about race and improving communication when it comes to culturally sensitive topics. 

As producers, it is our job to champion communication and progress. This conversation is meant for us all. We all have biases (whether known or unknown), and want to learn, understand, connect more fully and to cultivate meaningful relationships across all racial identities. Our hope for this evening is to create a safe and elevating dialogue as we listen to each other and workshop how to appropriately lead in our industry and discuss issues of race, privilege, and different perspectives with our colleagues, bosses and friends.
