About The Event
Topic:Â Spring Cleaning Wellness
Hosted by: Adetoro Makinde
We spend a lot of time in the thick of our projects... mentally, physically, and sometimes spiritually. But every so often we need a reminder to take a moment for ourselves.
This soiree the topic is all about expressing our joys and bliss. We'll be sharing our secret ways to unwind and maybe you'll discover a new adventure to experience for yourself or with a WIP member. Come prepared to share something... a favorite book read, a spa visit that put you to sleep, a travel vacation that left you speechless or even a local exhibit that transported your imagination. All in all, whatever it is, we can all learn to give ourselves the permission to just stop, and smell the roses.
