Prospective Member Submission

To register for membership, please ensure you have read our membership criteria and code of conduct prior to submitting this form. All applications are subject to a one-time, non-refundable $25 initiation fee for processing.

Returning WIP members must complete the form and submit the setup fee, however the introduction interview step will be omitted. Upon receipt, a link will be sent for dues payment.

INTRODUCTION INTERVIEW

Beginning 3 days after your submission, please select the days and times of availability within the next 7 business days (e.g.. if submitting application on Monday the first selected date will begin on Thursday). 

 

Following receipt of your completed application and processing fee, you’ll be scheduled with a WIP Introduction Committee Member with a mutual date. ​
