Prospective Member Submission

To register for membership, please ensure you have read our membership criteria and code of conduct prior to submitting this form. All applications are subject to a one-time, non-refundable $15 initiation fee for processing and review.

Returning WIP members must complete the form and submit the setup fee, however the interview step will be omitted. Returning member will be sent a link for dues processing upon receipt.
